QA32-8B is a multifunctioanl punching and shearing machine. The device is a foot operated switch, flexible and reliable, improving the strength of the whole machine. This machine is novel in design, reasonable, beautiful in shape and easy to use and install. It can cut a round steel bar. Angle steel bar, plate shearing, punching and cutting it is the current ideal sheet material profile multi-station punching and shearing excellent machinery.

    3.Construction:

    The machine is composed of an electric motor, fuselage,transmission system, operation clutch system and working parts. The belt pulley (2) of the most transmits power to the big belt pulley (4) through the triangle belt (3) , which is coaxially connected with the helical tooth axis (5) by keys. Another large helical gear (6) engaged with the helical shaft (5) transmits power to the eccentric shaft (9) through the shaft (7) and the gear (8) and the clutch (18). The knife seat is equipped with movable knife edge (11) , upper knife edge (12) and punch head (13), and so on corresponding fixed cutting edge (15), upper cutting (16) and punching die seat (17) are respectively arranged on the body of the wallboard.Due to the reciprocating movement of movable blades, variable profiles can be cut between upper and lower blade, and holes and dies can be cut between punch head and die.The distance between the two eccentric axes is equal to 15mm, and the cutting tool strokes is 27mm.when the eccentric shaft moves at the speed of 30 revolutions per minute, the tool moves up and down with the same number of punching and shearing per minute is 30 times.

    Activity the reciprocating movement of the cutter holder is controlled by clutch, stepped on the foot switch (19), metal flexible shaft driving connecting rod (20) out of turn key operations thugs (21), turn key (22) under the action of tension spring (23), roll- out combined with a gear, the gear drives the eccentric shaft, cutter holder make activities up and down reciprocating motion, loosen the pedal switch, operating linkage to reist turn key thugs, turn the key back to the clutch, gear and the eccentric shaft out, movable knives then stop moving.
